Guest guest
Wow Janice! SIX weeks! And I was worried about doing it 3 months apart -- Now I feel like a PS Wuss! LOL! I am very glad to hear you came through okay, thanks for sharing. I know what you're saying about the exercise thing too: it was a big concern of mine when I was going into the belt lipectomy. I had such a huge struggle when I initiated an exercise program (motivation) that I was frightened an interruption of 6 or so weeks would put me back to that place where I found it so difficult to get my ass in gear. I am very happy to report (and it was a surprise to me!) that when I got the green light to exercise about a month ago, I just slipped right back into it again without any major mental/motivational roadblocks. This was very gratifying to me and I was really proud of myself about it. So at least I have no qualms or concerns now about resuming exercise after this upcoming procedure. It's wonderful to feel I have at least ONE bad habit (being sedentary) somewhat under control! Now if I could only ditch my craving for chocolate and ice cream!
