Guest guest
This reminds me: I was sitting in a doctor's waiting room a few weeks back and they had the radio on one of those news stations, and suddenly I caught the drift end of a report about some researcher who was writing about edible insects, and they were saying how TERMITES are loaded with IRON. And I thought " Gee I should mention this on the list " . So everyone add TERMITES to their list of iron rich food sources, okay? LMAO! Guest guest
So, I wonder how many termites do we have to eat to get a good iron benefit? LOL. Guest guest
My standard question is: where in the gut do they absorb? And um, I don't see that on my chart here. Must be outdated, huh?
