oh thank God - too pricey to bear with chucking it out - lol! -it was coagulated

on top - had no idea it was hot enough in here to do that!

oh dear -just dripped it and I still have lil chunks in it - like lil cottage

cheese pieces - maybe it was higher than 120 before I found it!! do i dare keep

it - actually we can make scd cottage cheese right??

what starter did you use?

If you are worried, use it in cooking.
