Thought I'd jump in on this thread...

No how, no way!

Broccoli (darn little trees get caught in my pouch every single time!)

Beef

Soda

Sugar (I try to stay with the 10g rule)

Sometimes...

Chicken & Turkey (lost these about 2 years ago...I still try but they haven't

come back yet. Once in a great while I get in a bite or 2 of chicken w/o it

getting stuck, but not often enough that it's worth the aggravation)

Rice (if it's really, really swimming and then just a little)

Potatoes (love em, but they tend to turn into cement in my pouch, a bite is ok,

maybe two...)

Milk (sorry ....but once in a while I'll treat myself to rice chex and

blueberries swimming in milk and splenda...then spend the day close to the

bathroom!)

Those white foods...the starchy ones....they just make me feel miserable.

Noodles, breads, pastas, rice....I figure they are made of flour and water and I

remember in 1st grade we used to make paste from flour and water...

Can't get enough of

Crushed red peppers

JalapeƱos

pepper

salads

crunch foods....jicama, radishes, pickles....and pretzels!!

coffee (but I do my 100+ of water first!)

Guess that covers my vices of the moment. All of the above are subject to

change in a flash!
