Speaking of Atkins products: Just yesterday I noticed Atkins has out a

" protein " (candy) bar that is sweetened with Splenda and has NO sugar alcohols.

This is a major advancement in science, as far as I am concerned. They

were a bit pricey (in my store $3.39 each) but I figure they might do very well

on days when I am craving candy but won't touch those " sugar free " products bks

of the dreaded SA's. Feel cautious about making a habit of them though,

since I don't want to add to the size of my rear with overindulgence, nor do I

want to go bankrupt!

(I love ice cream too Barbara Jean!)
