Vicki, is this a typo? I can't imagine anyone surviving on 100 cals per

day. Even if you meant 1000 cals, that is still too little food (IMO). There

is ample scientific evidence that eating too little after a while will

stunt/stop weight loss. I have heard other people say how their plateaus were

knocked over when they increased their caloric intake a little bit ... worth a

try

maybe? Esp if you are exercising vigorously, you need to eat more.
