Guest guest
LOL... I am cracking up, Lucille!! Too funny... Thanks for the tip on the spagetti sauce, but I have never seen that brand in the Chicago area, I will check again. The trick to lasagna is eggs in the Ricotta cheese so that when it cooks it sets up and keeps it from being runny. Also...eat it the next day after it has been refrigerated. It's better! Guest guest
OMG! When I got married, I could make nothing more complicated than a sandwich. OK, I could open canned spaghetti. And of course, the fast food I made for my daily bread. Oddly, even then I made the best pie crust & lasagna on the earth. Go figure. The uncooked noodles,. all of this is stuff I did. My ex seemed just amazed that women did not come with a cooking chip factory installed. Shoot, I'd already spent 19 years NOT eating, why did I want to make MORE food to NOT eat? By the 90's, I grew my own pumpkins from seeds, made pies & bread from the meat & roasted the seeds. Now, I'm back to opening a can and calling it dinner. LOL! Thanks, Vitalady, Inc.
