Guest guest
Never mind! I just saw someone else had the same problem and read the responses. > Just got my bloodwork results and my B-12 was off the chart coming > in at a whopping 1203. Guest guest
High B12 is not toxic. Although normal at the high end is about 800, I think, some people feel better with more. I like to keep mine around 1100. Barbara Jean High B-12 > Just got my bloodwork results and my B-12 was off the chart coming > in at a whopping 1203. Guest guest
Barb, I feel the same way! I can tell my energy level is lower when I am down on my B-12. That is why I started taking it almost daily again. The Doc ordered another testing of my B-12 level for one month from today to be sure it is down, almost acting like he was concerned about it being that high. Carol G. > High B12 is not toxic. Guest guest
This should probably read " no UNSAFE upper limit " . It's my understanding that the body will rid itself of excess B12 and that's why higher numbers are not usually an area of concern. S.
