Never mind! I just saw someone else had the same problem and read

the responses.

High B12 is not toxic. Although normal at the high end is about 800, I

think, some people feel better with more. I like to keep mine around 1100.

Barb, I feel the same way! I can tell my energy level is lower when

I am down on my B-12. That is why I started taking it almost daily

again. The Doc ordered another testing of my B-12 level for one

month from today to be sure it is down, almost acting like he was

concerned about it being that high.

This should probably read " no UNSAFE upper limit " . It's my understanding that

the body will rid itself of excess B12 and that's why higher numbers are not

usually an area of concern.
