Guest guest
it may partially depend what your reaction to fiber is. coconut flour is EXTREMELY fibrous and always does a number on me (bloating, D) if i eat " too much " of it... where " too much " sometimes appears to be " any at all. " best, susannah. I know it's an individual thing, but as a rule is one easier to digest/more advanced than the other? Thanks Caroline
Guest guest
Caroline, I can barely handle nut butter so far, but I do alright with coconut flour baked goods as long as I don't go overboard. However, I suffer from C not D, so I might handle the fiber better than most. Guest guest
I also suffer from C and handle the coconut flour products better than nut flour ones. I hardly handle any nut flour at all. Pecan are easier for me to digest but I haven't tried pecan flour yet. I have used pecan butter to make SCD brownies and they were too good.... almost like a real SAD brownie. I'd eat the whole pan and be in pain for days.
