That Joey is so so funny! That is just true love!!

Yes, I am getting ready to head to the gym for some light exercises

on the bike and treadmill. I have lost 13 pounds but I am so flabby

now since I haven't worked out in over 4 weeks.

I then maybe need to head over to the mall and buy a few outfits to

go back to work in. My pre-op clothes fall right off.
