I always thought it was kind of strange hearing that term but its so true to think when you loose that much you have lost another person. Have to admit, reached my first plateau even just two weeks out...gained actually 3 pounds...did the protein for a day and lost 4. It sure does work!!! Good luck! Hugs, in AL.
