Guest guest
Thank you Diane. It¹s always nice to hear from someone so far out and it¹s ALWAYS good to be reminded about our vitamins. They are so important! I make sure to keep them at home and at the office so I don¹t have an excuse. Good to hear from you! If you have any other pointers please feel free to share! -- Sagel Burns Lap RNY April 9, 2004 (-85 lbs.) 348/263/140 (begin/current/goal) carrie@... - www.carrieburns.net > >> >this is to the whole gastric family. i am 4 years post. it is very >> >important that you all take your vitamins and make sure you get your >> >bloodwork done like you are suppose to. i am severely anemic and that is >> >with taking my vitamins plus i take 600 mgs of iron a day. thank goodness i >> >have not starting losing my hair. please , those who are pre-op, i am not >> >trying to scare you. i know what i have gone through with the low iron and >> >i do not wish it upon anyone. as far as regrets of having the >> >surgery, never. i am very happy with my results. good luck to all of you >> >who are in surgery today, are going tomorrow, who have already had it and so >> >forth. you all have a good day. > > _________________________________________________________________ > Express yourself instantly with MSN Messenger!
