Guest guest
How would you describe perfect? Kinda like you'd want a peach? Firm, but gives you when you squeeze and no mushy spots. Guest guest
I like mine a little squishy but not so squishy it explodes at the slightest touch. If its firm it ain't ripe yet. Guest guest
I love avocados too (come to think of it, there isn't alot that I don't love!) There is a Japanese restaurant we go to, and they make a fabulous avocado salad. They put some delicate greens as a base, slice up an entire avocado over it, then a dressing of ground peanuts with a little lime juice and a dash of soy (this is what I am guessing is in the sauce). It's quite yummy.
