Guest guest
My daughter received a plagio band a few weeks ago and it just wasn't fitting right. For those who feel they don't have a good fit with their band should definitely take a stand and go with your instinct. When we went to CT to ask for a new band to be made and the founder of CT and inventor of the DOC band, Jeanne K. Pomatto-Hertz, happened to be visiting that Dallas location and was a Godsend. She helped my husband and I feel better about choosing the band despite the ongoing problems and made us a new band with no hesitation and even said a third band would be no problem to make if we were still having problems. This time the band is a brachy band, which is my daughter's main problem and the band is much, MUCH better. I can tell that she had a hand in making it because it definitely addressed all the problems with the old band and they put the latch on the other side as well. This experience has been a breeze compared to the other band and being in this band since Monday I can already see a difference. I am looking forward to the results and feel it may not take long to get to a nice round shape. After having this band, I know that I was right about the other band not being right.
