My son has plagio on the right side.  We used the Noggin - one in the stroller and one in the crib.  It helped keep his head straight, but I'm not sure it helped with the roundness.

I also bought one when we noticed a large flat spot developping. When we first

started using it I would notice that when he got up in the morning the spot was

flat, but at the end of the day after being off his head and on the boppy noggin

nest when we was on his head, the spot would pop back out a bit. Unfortunately

after awhile the spot stopped popping back out...it is a great concept, and I

would try it again if I had the choice, because who knows how bad his head could

have been without it...but it did not keep us from needing the band.
