Connie- wow! You really do look more like your daughter now.

BEAUTIFUL! Love the eyes:-) Your nose also seems to look softer,

rounder now than before. Is this just an impression of mine. The

bruising also seems to be disappearing nicely. Hope the good recovery

keeps up.

Luna - first of all your profile does not make me personally want to

puke. I think you have a beautiful profile already, this is coming

from someone who didn't have a chin for most of her life. So I guess

the predicament of human nature is never to be satisfied with what you

have. I had no chin and wanted a more important one, you have an

important chin and want less of an important one. AND can I just say

that I am so jealous of how white your teeth are?? You can already see

how straight your teeth are just from the braces. Excellent. I hope

the surgery goes well for you and brings you all the changes that you

hope for. Please know that with or without changes you are beautiful:-D

Thank you for your kind words. It's funny, I never thought that chins

might be the same as the straight hair/curly hair and small boobs/big

boobs conundrum -- where we women all want what the other girl has!

As for my teeth -- I've been complemented quite a bit by the

dental/ortho folks on how nice my teeth are in terms of shape and

size. I should remember to count my blessings for that. I'm also

fortunate to have a mouth full of composite fillings -- no silver. I

feel like my teeth are yellow, though, from years of smoking (quit 4

1/2 years ago) and coffee. In fact, that's how this whole orthodontic

odyssey started -- my dentist couldn't get a bleach tray to fit over

my crooked teeth.

BTW, thanks to whoever deleted my two empty photo albums and, uh,

edited my photo titles. I didn't realize negativity wasn't allowed?
