Which is what I have. BUT in my case, the copious amounts of food this allows me to eat cause weight gain, not loss. I don't know for sure, but if your stoma is letting the food just pass thru, I suppose it's possible for it to take a very short time to reach your colon. But something else must also be going on since you're losing weight. I don't believe this is the usual case with enlarged stoma. Are you eating a lot of food? Or just the normal amounts usually allowed for former MO's? You need to see a good specialist, IMO, and get scoped. Go to someone who's familiar with bariatric surgeries, not just any old endocrinologist. Dr. Oh in Seattle is a good one.
