I dripped the yogourt through cheese cloth to get rid of the whey and ended up with a delicious fresh goat cheese Annie > > This is my first time making goat's milk yogurt and it doesn't look right. There is a lot of liquid on top, maybe an inch worth. Did I do something wrong? Is it salvageable or should I just throw it out?
