Guest guest Posted December 31, 2008 Report Share Posted December 31, 2008 - My daughter was also born with the rash looking red mark on the back of her neck - it gets more red when she is hot or is angry - My Ped told me it is a birthmark - which seems to be true, if it were a rash it should have gone away by now!
