Hi Terry,

Stress can run anyone down. Take care of yourself and I hope you feel better

soon, and also that your son does better.

We're only human :)

I know you will do well soon on SCD.

my diet, I am basically mostly SCD.

now, finally, we can get treatment. This doctor is phenomenal. And finally,

child support. All positive things, but they have been stressful.

I have had and I have no time to answer. I will try to in the future, if you

still want me to.

and still get a flare from stress. The good news is I always knew it might

happen and I knew I had the tools ( SCD) to handle any flare. I also restarted

my Lialda and LDN which I haven't taken for close to a year.

Terry,

I am so awful with stress. I think it is part of the foundation of most my

troubles besides a crap diet for so many years..

Pace yourself, be kind to yourself and get better!

Don't worry about the cholesterol stuff- you're just the sweetest.

Hugs-

Jodi
