S. Boulardii is legal, although I have nt used this brand.

You might wish to try some lactobacillus acidophilus, which is SCD-legal,

instead of the illegal probiotic. I find it always helps by system --

like, for instance, the time a friend (who had been making her own 24

hour yogurt) gave me a yogurt smoothie. I assumed it was 24 hour yogurt,

and it wasn't -- she'd used store-bought yogurt with bifidus in it, and

my system was NOT happy. But acidophilus settled things down.
