Guest guest
Thanks Marilyn...In North Central Florida, we have several small dairies where the cows are pastured. I've been buying the pastured Organic Valley butter but this will be so fresh and local to boot! LOL!!! Solar and wind power! <G> Actually, when I win the lottery (of course, this presupposes that I get around to buying a ticket!), I'd like to build a hundred-suite motel (all with full refrigerators, a stove, etc.) and backing onto a big fenced walking area for a dog park. I'd like to do it out of rammed earth (see www.terrafirmabulders.ca) and have both solar and wind power so it wouldn't lose power in a hurricane. And we'd have an SCD-compliant restaurant on the premises.... And we'd probably need two 9 tray dehydrators for each room.... then we wouldn't HAVE to have the yogurt makers! — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Babette the Foundling Beagle
