Are we not able to bring say baked goods with us when flying outside of the country? I'm trying to start thinking about what to bring in the fall for my 2 weeks in Costa Rica.

Oh, I am so glad to be home! We just took an 8 day trip to Puerto Vallarta for vacation/missions work, and the Crohn's did just fine! I ate lots of fruit and eggs, and tons of Lara Bars. I wasn't sure how I would do on the SCD while there, not being able to take any premade foods with me, but I am glad to report that I'm home and not feeling too bad! I am going to go back to intro foods for a few days though, just to "reset" my system. I don't want to push my luck too much!Pamnewfoundsunwww.newfoundsun.wordpress.com

Oh yes, I forgot to mention I brought cookies and quick crackers too. I

didn't have any problem carrying these foods on the plane, nor did I have any

problem with the many supplements that I had to take.
