Guest guest
Tara/Jac..me too. I eat cheese all the time. The nice part is, that cheesemakers are finally making it easier. When I first had surgery, you could pretty much only get string cheese in the single serve sticks. Now we have cheddar, monterey jack, and our newest find that Safeway has, Co-Jack. They even have pepper jack too(too spicy for me). I even have my husband eating it a lot too. Guest guest
I love feta (goat) cheese but not alone. I love it in salads and some casseroles. It kind of reminds me of blue cheese when on a salad. Guest guest
Oh no...not a vegetarian. I know we need plenty of protein and cheese is one place you can have it when snacking....oh I mean having a meal. Since WLS, I keep thin sliced lunch meat and cheese from the deli to munch on when I need a pick-me-up. I don't think chips have any protein...lol.
