Tara/Jac..me too. I eat cheese all the time. The nice part is, that

cheesemakers are finally making it easier.

When I first had surgery, you could pretty much only get string cheese in

the single serve sticks. Now we have cheddar, monterey jack, and our newest

find that Safeway has, Co-Jack. They even have pepper jack too(too spicy

for me). I even have my husband eating it a lot too.

Gimme cheese in almost ANY form. Love it all...even the blue's. There was a

goat cheese I tried one time that I didn't like, but there are others that I

do like. LOL Go figure. I really like super sharp cheddars and nice runny

brie's.

Debbie, you'd like this one...Last year, at our October Basenji Club

meeting, they had a costume contest...Sunny went as an African Cheese

Hound....complete with Cheese head hat...I'll have to find the pictures. I

have to share my cheese, and all the dogs knows what the word cheese is.

I love feta (goat) cheese but not alone. I love it in salads and some

casseroles. It kind of reminds me of blue cheese when on a salad.

Oh no...not a vegetarian. I know we need plenty of protein and cheese is one

place you can have it when snacking....oh I mean having a meal. Since WLS, I

keep thin sliced lunch meat and cheese from the deli to munch on when I need

a pick-me-up. I don't think chips have any protein...lol.
