White Welche's Grape Juice Frozen Legality Q

Is this legal?  Looks like the same ingredients.  It's the frozen in a can rather than a bottle.  Need to save some space instead of huge bottles and I can dilute it easier as I make it for smoothies (sounds like I'm begging for a yes huh?).  It's mucho cheaper too ;-).

i'd call and ask as there was a product once that a company said was fine as

long as i froze it myself - if i bought it frozen there was something added for

freezing purposes
