Guest guest
Hope Sparky will be Ok. Understand trying to get through mail etc. Been a bit under the weather here. If jenny's issues with the neurosarc aren't enough I found out the other day that I have Rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and finger joints. Now I await my appointment with the Rheumetologist to see what can be done both on the physical end and with meds. Hope all else are as well as they can be.MattSubject: problems with SparkyTo: neurosarcoidosis Date: Thursday, October 14, 2010, 10:30 PM Sparky, my computer, has thrown a fit. I think I'm going to have to take him into the shop. Luckily, my daughter loaned me her laptop, so I'm making another attempt at answering messages. Y'all are probably tired of hearing my excuses, but I hope I can catch up tonight & then borrow her laptop every couple of days until I get Sparky squared away. The good thing is that it doesn't take forever to open & answer messages on this laptop, so I can probably get caught up before I start falling asleep! Well, I'm closing this message so that I can get to work. TTFN! Ramblin' RoseModerator A merry heart is good medicine. Guest guest
Bummer about your hands; I hope there are some low-risk options for you. I remember when I was just a nursing student, about 1970, all they could do for arthritis was aspirin & folks took such large doses that GI bleeds were common. We had a young guy, I think about 25, who had juvenile arthritis & had been on aspirin for many years. He came in with a bad bleed and actually died. Thankfully, we do have more options nowadays. Well, I'm done! Hopefully Sparky will be willing to work today & I'll get back online this afternoon or evening. Now I can get Dude the cat off my head & go to sleep.
