Guest guest Posted August 5, 2010 Report Share Posted August 5, 2010 Hi, After fermenting my yogurt for 24 hours, I accidentally left it on the counter overnight. Is it still good to eat? Of course I made two quarts worth so I could make some frozen yogurt as well. I'd hate to throw it out. Thanks, Mom to 2yr old dx IBD 2/10 probable UC.
