Hi ! Some of us have gotten rashes from die-off right around the same time.

I had one for about a month on my face that resembled little pimples. It did go

away!!!

Not in general- but there can be individual reactions to any foods. I got a skin

rash a few weeks into SCD, but neither my doctor nor the dermatologist could

relate it to anything. I consider it to be die-off. Best to get it checked out.

I have Nummular eczema  which the brown scabs resemble small coins. It really itches at night more so than day. Ice use to help but no longer, witch hazel and lethitin but not anymore. Lubricating the skins help to some degree, but the itching is horrific. It is nto due to food allergies...

I was thinking it was the honey, it may not be pure as it claimed to be.
