Guest guest
Vicki, First of all grats on the weight you have lost. Wow is all I got to say. You are tall so your ideal weight that your body type will allow you to go to probably isn't 150 anyway honestly. For 5'10 " it can be completely acceptable to get into your range by being 170 according to the guidelines...and that is ALL they are are guidelines. I swear there is something inside us that doesn't want to see us get below 200. My biggest plateau was at 203 lol I was so ticked off. That is when me and my scale had a huge fight. I have a few questions/comments. I take it you meant to say you have under 1000 calories a day? not 100 hehe. If so, that may still put your body into starvation mode and hording every calorie saving it as fat later. If you are really working out that much, you will need more calories. Just a thought. May want to toss a shake or two or an extra healthy protein based snack in there and see what happens. The closer one gets to goal, the slower it will be to lose. I saw one of my bosses actually looking at my boobs the other day. Not only do men treat me differently... women do to. They actually look me in the eye now, and they actually start conversations with me also. I think before they must have thought that my fat might be contagious. kathy ******************************************* The woods are lovely, dark, and deep, But I have promises to keep, And miles to go before I sleep, And miles to go before I sleep. Would love to get more thoughts from others on this thread. Carol G.
