It's not a priority if you can't afford it. Just do the best you can.

Grass-fed beef and free range chickens are great. But many thousands of

people have gotten well on regular store bought meats, so long as those

meats didn't have injected illegals -- which it sounds like the meat you

are getting does not.

I chose, after I was recovering my health, to start moving in the

direction of better quality meats and vegetables as I was able to afford

it. But as much as I would like to, I can't afford pastured cheeses

and butter and all manner of things like that.

Follow the SCD parameters -- and do the best your budget allows as to the

kind of meat and veggies.
