First off..hi and welcome to the losers side of life.

I also had the pins and needles in my thighs after surgery. I have

it after every surgery I have done and so far I have been told

several different things and do not believe any of them.

My legs are still numb 9 months post op this time around. It is

annoying and frustrating. It has gotten better but at first it was

terrible and kept me awake as well.

As far as protein goes please visit Vitalady.com and order some

samples from her to try so you don't go buying a protein drink you

end up hating. They are too costly to just buy them without knoeing

what you are getting so being able to order samples from her is

great.

The best protien shakes are through the Wishcenter 24 grams of

protien before you add milk. Although I prefer the vanilla with

juice and the chocolate with milk and banana,
