Guest guest
Okay if you shouldn't have caffeine what about Chocolate - it is full of caffeine. I enjoy jello s/f chocolate pudding and I have seen on e-mails people drinking chocolate protein drinks. I'm confused. Sounds like another question to add to my list for the surgeon. glo >From: Babydollbbw3@... >Reply-To: Gastric_Bypass_Family >To: Gastric_Bypass_Family >Subject: Re: More questions >Date: Wed, 21 Jul 2004 16:54:47 EDT >
Guest guest
Gloria, what most people here are talking about are chocolate flavored drinks....not chocolate. As far as I know, the amount of caffeine in anything chocolate flavored is neglible. Also, I think the major issue with chocolate is the sugar. Caffeine is discouraged because of it's dehydrating effects. Something we need to be very careful of after GBS. > > Okay if you shouldn't have caffeine what about Chocolate - it is full of > caffeine.
