No, not sad. I'm just so happy I was able to lose it. From following this

list for the past 4 years, I realized at some point there would be a " wall. "

I was fortunate enough to have a 3 year honeymoon period. It has been

amazing. Now, I get down to work. It STILL works....and unlike before, I CAN

lose

any extras I gain. I just so happen to be going through the BBB phase...or

butt be back. It really looks pretty good, I topped out with a 19 lb gain...and

could still fit nicely into my size 6 jeans. I just fill them out better. (I

was really in a size 4..the 6's sorta hung in the rear a bit. Now...I am

building my body strength, and trying to work on some muscle definition..no, not

by

exercise...to me..that is the EEEE word! But I have been working my

body..and accomplishing things. I have taken off about 5 of those pounds so

far...and

don't think I want to lose much more than 5 more..and keep my shape. So am I

sad? No...I knew it was coming...sooner or later. Knowledge is power!

Regards~

Jacque

ps...as a side note, does anyone else feel sad because you have to

" diet " now? I thought once I had the surgery I would never utter that

word again. Guess I was wrong :(

Thanks !!! :)

Jacque, can you be more specific about how you're gaining muscle

definition but not exercising? Sounds good to me!
