Guest guest
how scary! so glad your little boy is Ok. glad the helemt was able to protect him. I joke that my 3 year old could use a helemt like his younger brother, because he is very accident prone, fearless/reckelss, lol. Did have to take him to the ER last week, luckily his head was Ok. le > > , > > So glad your little guy is OK. That must have been really frightening. We had an experience this week, too, which made us very grateful for our second DOC Band. My 11-month-old son was holding onto the side of the bath tub (outside the tub) and lost his balance. All his momentum was going backwards and he hit the stone floor when he fell. He was fine...and we were so thankful that he had his band on. I was getting him ready to take a bath - and usually take the band off first but on this particular evening (thankfully) I left it on while I was getting the tub ready. Now, we leave the band on while we get everything ready for the bath and take it off right before he goes into the tub. > > I'm with you...there are definite blessings that come with our little ones having their DOC Bands on, particularly as they start learning to move around. We feel blessed to have some extra protection for his little head through this season of learning to walk! There's a positive side to everything... > > Jill >
