Guest guest
Check out this Amazon search for turning spiral slicers. I have the green Benriner. It works pretty well. If I were to buy again, though, I might try the World Cuisine model, since the blades are bit easier to change. I wash and peel a zucchini, trim off the ends and cut in half. Then place a half zucchini in the Benriner for slicing. The result is very spaghetti-like. You might want to cook off the water in the zucchini spirals a little before adding it to other foods, since a lot of water is released during cooking. -- I'd like to get recipes for veggie 'noodles' what is/are the best device for preparing them; what is the 'best' way to cook them; what are the best veggies to use to make them & tc Thanks. If you have a dehydrator, you can toss the sliced / spiraled zucchini into it for a bit at high temperature to remove the water.
