Hi Amy,

I have eaten them and peanuts and have no problems. I checked with my doctor

before doing so and he said in moderation of course and they were a good

source of protein.

i've put applebutter, jams, apple sauce even sf jello powder in my cottage

cheese....anything to make it go down easier. was getting so tired of just

plain old cottage cheese.

Hey Amy,

As far as my Dr told me, if you enjoyed spices or spicy food before the

surgery, there is a good chance you will tolerate it after....

I know this is funny, I love the cottage cheese with the jams and

everything, but my favorite is the little 4 oz. fat free Breakstone

cottage cheese with 1 Splenda packet mixed in :). My husband puts salt

and pepper on his...can't even bring myself to taste it :).
