Guest guest
Hi Amy, I have eaten them and peanuts and have no problems. I checked with my doctor before doing so and he said in moderation of course and they were a good source of protein. Guest guest
Hey Amy, As far as my Dr told me, if you enjoyed spices or spicy food before the surgery, there is a good chance you will tolerate it after....
