My grand mother uses wheat pastry flower I jsut use a tiny dusting of flour. spray it with pam brown in a frying pan. on high heat till very brown or as brown as you like.. then you put it in the overn with a tablespoon of water covered adn bake low for a half hour or so till very tender.
