cheese so I want to make sure I am using the right stuff.

I was planning on trying my hand at some souffle bread today, and if it

was a success...I wanted to top a toasted slice of it with some chicken

and bacon, then put a slice of cheese over it and broil it to melt the

cheese.

Provolone sure IS legal! I use it in lieu of mozzarella all the

time!
