I agree there are quite likely

Just a list of what you're eating and how you prepared it works --

weirdly, sometimes whether the meat is baked, boiled, or fried can be a

factor. Ditto the fruits and veggies.

If you are using a mail program, you can set up a signature akin to mine

or others you may see on the list in it. If you are posting from the web,

Yahoo, alas, does not have a way to automatically append a sig to a

message -- your best bet is to create it in a text message, have that

open while answering, and then copy and paste it to the end of the

message. It's a pain, but it's at least easier than typing the same

darned thing every time.

California datesCashew Cookie and Pecan LarabarsHi Charla! These two things definitely stand out to me as being too advanced for the beginning of the diet. If I were you, I would try peeling and baking some apples with butter and cinnamon, and adding those next. Probably much easier to digest, and still pretty yummy! I can't remember if you said you've tried these things yet, but I would also try adding maybe some ripe banana, well cooked zucchini, pearsauce, and maybe some other veggies that you feel you're ready for (well cooked, and possibly pureed) Maybe green beans? My biggest concern at this point is I'm not sure how long I should really go without some kind of vegetables. I doubt I'm getting all the nutrition I need from just animal protein and squash. It's hard for me to tell what I tolerate well since it all just goes straight through me. If I were you, I would try cooking some zucchini and some spinach, pureeing them with some butter and salt, and taking a legal digestive enzyme with it. I think Digest Gold is a legal one that you can order online. Maybe you body just needs a little help digesting the veggies at this point.
