If you like those items in your salad like with poppyseed dressing or the contrast of onion with sweet (grapes) or cucumber with salt--tis good. As soon as it was blended smooth-mostly smooth--I put it back in the freezer an hour to be spoonable. When I filled my smoothie cup, I added more green grapes in the middle to freeze up. Guest guest
How many oz. do you guys usually drink for a daily smoothie? I think mine are too large because I use a large plastic glass and sometimes another glass to finish it off. In other words, a large green bubba mug and a tall high-baller glass (I think). Would you limit it to so many oz.? Debbie 41 cd On Thu, Jun 3, 2010 at 11:02 PM, Wizop Marilyn L. Guest guest
Thanks, that's about the size I have. I noticed they had fresh and frozen non-sweetened cherries at wal-mart. I'm kind of getting into this depending on how I react over time. Debbie 41 cd How many oz. do you guys usually drink for a daily smoothie?
