Guest guest
I know several people who had surgery at 65+. I would say that this is incorrect, though of course medical people should evaluate him (NOT the insurance company!) Guest guest
Depends on the actual docs involved. I know several people in their mid-to late 60's who have had the surgery successfully in this area. Thanks, Vitalady, Inc. Has anyone on this list been this age or older at the time of surgery? I am 61 and know many over 60 post ops. It depends on the surgeon. Some do some don't. Guest guest
, The bariatric guru's have suggested that it is best to have the surgery before aged 50 and not past age 60. Once you hit this age group there are more things to consider then just the weight and comorbidities. Don't remember the details but it seemed like there was a valid explaination.
