Guest guest
you can just use Penzeys - it's confirmed legal or write and ask if since there's a 2% rule and you have many food allergies (i think they respond better to allergies) that you need a letter on company letter head verifying if in fact there's anything else in there - starches, anti-caking etc etc eileen 2 years 5 months scd > > I have bought a garlic powder from the supermarket. It lists no ingredients (other similar herbs and spices say caking agent etc.). I want to find out for definite if it is legal. I am prepared to write to the manufacturers but I wanted some advice on what I should ask them. Can anyone who has done this sort of thing help? > > Thanks > > Mike > > SCD 2 years > UC 8 years >
Guest guest
Thanks Eileen. Sadly i'm UK-based so can't get hold of any Penzeys. I've sent an email to Schwarz about their herbs and spices range. I'll post up here if I get any results.
