you can just use Penzeys - it's confirmed legal

or write and ask if since there's a 2% rule and you have many food allergies (i

think they respond better to allergies) that you need a letter on company letter

head verifying if in fact there's anything else in there - starches, anti-caking

etc etc

Sadly i'm UK-based so can't get hold of any Penzeys. I've sent an email to

Schwarz about their herbs and spices range. I'll post up here if I get any

results.
