Guest guest
This is where I am. I have no protruding ball, like a hernia would be, but I sometimes have one. Went to the doc. and had a CT Scan and sonagram done. Nothing was found, except an adhesion. (They think) Said I had IBS, gave me Bentyl and was done with it. Now I am not one to complain, and that maybe my problem. I was recently going to the bathroom and really had to kinda push, you know. Well when I did that, the ball appeared again. Same pain as usual. If I push on it, it will go away. My concern is that this really is a hernia and if so and I am having that pain when going could it be a stragulated hernia? Could they miss this on a CT Scan or Sonagram? Can an adhesion cause this? Any help is appreciated!! I need to know if I should run to the doc. or continue taking the meds. like I have been. Is my doc. not ordering the right test. Mind you this is not everyday, but can be.
