Guest guest
Hi n, Castor Oil Pack... helps break up old fecal matter in colon. do this procedure at night and the next day. I believe you can google to find the whole procedure, I have done this often. Even before a colonic. By the way colonics is a good way to flush out any residue of bacteria, etc. Terri Re: Castor oil > Hi>> I'm sending this for my sister in law. Guest guest
I will try this out and let everyone know if it helps alleviate my constipation!!! In a Google search I found it and what you do is soak a piece of flannel in castor oil, apply it to the abdomen and put a hot source over it. I'll be thrilled if it helps!!! Guest guest
Hi, My nutritionist has been having me castor pack my kidneys, liver and pancreas when they test weak. It's pretty simple - I get Premier Research Labs castor oil from her and cotton flannel and just spread 2 TB. of castor oil on 3 layers of flannel about 6-8" by 10-12" depending on your target. Then wrap plastic wrap around the whole torso, since that castor oil can really leak and stain clothing. Then use a heating pad for the heat for about 30 minutes. I keep it on low. I've been told you can reuse the flannel, but only 3 times at the max.Good luck!kt> >> > Hi n, > > Castor Oil Pack... helps break up old fecal matter in colon.> > do this procedure at night and the next day. Guest guest
I read about this treatment which was recommended by Edgar Kasie (sp), a medical intuitive who lived in the early part of the 1900s. He was thought to be able to diagnose illnesses from a distance. J Re: Castor oil > Hi>> I'm sending this for my sister in law. I think the question has to do > with digestion but maybe pain. Guest guest
Castor Oil Pack ---massage the castor oil onto the abdomen, you want to concentrate on the large intestine only. Begin on the right side of abdomen go in a clockwise & down on the left side. Do this for 5-10min. This helps break up the old encrustments. Start by using heating pad to warm the abdomen, then begin to add castor oil. Cover with flannel, plastic, towel, heating pad again. Leave on for 1-2 hrs...read or watch tv. In the morning massage the colon again , it is best to do an enema. Castor oil is not used for full body massage - too thick & oily.

Guest guest
Hi there, To give you more infor on enema - use warm-warmer water it's pleasant and loosens old waste. I use the small bucket (google enema containers, look for Optimal Health Inst. OHI ) fill, leaving up to 2 -2 & half inch from top, the large intestine can hold it. Its best to lubricate the tuging that you will insert into the anus. (KY, surgical, or female lubes) Roll onto right side so the water will get to the 'asending colon' then to back and massage during. If you feel some cramping during just pinch the tubing to let your body adjust, then release until the bucket is empty. I do my enemas on my bed, laying a bed pad the ones used for leakage, I get lucky sometimes and find in thrift stores, unopened. Fortunately I have an old IV pole which works great for keeping the bucket high. Another possibility , use a hanger where the hook swivels so you can hang on top of a door. You will know when the urge to release . I can tell you, its a great feeling to have the colon empty, you will feel lighter & more energetic. Sometimes I fill the bucket 2 times. Try one a week for 3 weeks. I welcome any further questions. Terri Re: Castor oil Castor Oil Pack ---massage the castor oil onto the abdomen, you want to concentrate on the large intestine only.
