Guest guest
, I would suggest that instead of eating a meal at lunch...perhaps you can drink a protein drink. You just sip it and can continue to sip it past your lunch hour - if that is allowed. I would then have a late lunch after classes and dinner later in the evening. The protein drink would give you energy and nutrition to sustain you the rest of the day and taking sips...you shouldn't overwhelm your stomach. Just a thought... Guest guest
I totally understand your dillemma. I am only 7 weeks out from surgery, but my doc is all over me about not getting my snacks in through the day. I teach also, and I try to explain to him that time to eat is just limited. I have been able to sneak things in lately though (I teach blind 5 year olds) What grade do you teach and don't you have an off period? If it is elementary, how about when they go to PE? Good luck Kim > > I am having a major problem here. > > My surgery was June 8th and without any complications.
