Guest guest
Tina, Congratulations on your accomplishments, I think they were great ones. Sorry to hear you had such problems in the beginning but glad to hear your doing so well now. Your right the road isn't always an easy one but we just have to keep focused on the end results. I'm little over 4 months post-op and I'm discouraged in that I don't seem to be losing anything. I've been on this plateau for weeks it seems. I keep telling myself that it's okay, I'm still losing inches. I just seem to be one of those slow losers. I'm just afraid its going to stop and never start up again, but I know it will I just have to be patient. It didn't come on over night and it won't go off the same way. Good luck to all those having their surgery in the next few weeks, I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers as will the rest of us. It has been the best thing I've done for myself ever and I haven't regretted one single minute.
