Just to add - very healing for the intestines for some people.

For other people, it adds cramping. So just be careful.

It's probably best not to add it in right away, because so much is

going on in the very beginning, it can be hard to discern what

causes what. FWIW.

Glutamine is an amino acid, one of the breakdowns from protein. It

should be OK unless there are illegal fillers with it. It's supposed

to help heal the gut lining.
