Star Cranial Center of Excellence in Dallas, TX

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has feedback/experience with Star Cranial Center of

Excellence? We have UHC, they will not cover CT but will cover 100% if we go to

this place. I have an appointment next week with them but wondered if anyone

had any experience with them? I really like CT but I will be honest, I haven't

investigated any other place primarily because CT seems to have the best

reviews. I'd love to hear any positive/negative reviews you may have.

Hi ,

Make sure that UHC will really cover 100%. Usually they deny everything - they

seem to be one of the worst. Maybe you have one of their higher end plans. I

just wouldn't want you to go for the starband only to find they really won't

pay. You can go to this groups page online and do a search for the star cranial

center. Hopefully someone who used it will respond too. My daughter had a

starband and did great, but you're right CT does have the best overall

reputation.

We used one of the other STAR cranial Center for Excellence locations (in MD) and had a positive experience. My daughter got good correction for her age and I felt the staff was very welcoming and helpful. I can't speak to the other locations and I don't know if they are all owned by the same person, but there are different people doing the actual bands. Hopefully, someone will answer you about the location in Dallas.
