Guest guest
every doctor is different. i can have carbonated beverages if i let them sit for about 10 minutes before drinking them. after 10 mintues the carbonation is gone. i use sparkling waters and the occasional diet 7up or sprite mixed with my crystal light or SF fruit juices. laurette 4/23/04 open rny 309/290/241/
Guest guest
Amy, Just wanted to say that I chose to mix my pop or sparkling water with crystal and such. Only because I was a diet coke addict and I just don't think a flat diet coke is appealing....lol. But I do like to give my crystal light and fruit juices a little kick. I'm not a coffee or tea drinker and I gave up my favorite orange juice, so I need to add some variety to my liquid life....lol. I'm open for suggestions if anyone has some.
