I got four kinds of protein mixes from bariatriceating.com and am

totally pleased with all of them.

I don't like milk and most protein drinks are chocolatey and milk

based and I have to mix extra protein powder to the drinks so I can

get down 30 grams everyday and the milky ones turned into clay and I

could barely gagged them down.

I bought the Nectar fruit juice protein drinks, fuzzy navel and

strawberry kiwi and the mix instantly in water no lumps no shaking

needed and even after adding the extra unflavored protein they stay

more liquidy.

They are the only thing getting me through in a good mood.
